If I could give no stars, I would. Where do I start... Bedbugs, roaches and horrible service from management. I've never experienced a nightmare so horrible in my life. I've been to 3rd world countries that had better service than this. I'll never subject me or my Family to this again. Shame on you Holiday Inn Express.
I was in the lobby for a while, waiting to talk to a manager. It was very clean and well-lit, all of the staff was extremely friendly and considerate, even though they were obviously busy. I saw client issues get resovled professionally over the phone and in person (such as Discrepancies with check out dates, vending machines that needed stocking and refunds being processed). I would very highly recommend using this hotel.
No stars Room was filthy. Stayed Nov 14 2017. Urine all over toilet. Bathroom soap from last person in shower. No sheets or pillows on 2nd bed garbage in bathroom. Worst hotel ever. They said staff did not clean rooms no other room available. Disgusting !!!!!!!
I travel for my job so I live out of hotels. This is by far the worst place I've ever been in my 5 years of traveling. Any positive reviews are misleading...do NOT go here it's disgusting. Walked into bed bugs and stains on matress. Dirty used soap in bathroom and there was hair left in sink. Place is horrible... Never again!
The rooms are clean, the front desk staff are nice and accommodating. The night front desk guy is a little short, but crack through his shell and he is a nice guy. The complimentary breakfast is very disappointing. I have stayed at this location twice and both times they have failed to keep the breakfast items replenished. Beinging a Gold star IHG member, I have stayed at many of Holiday Inns and this one by far needs some improvement with the kitchen staff. Out of all the staff, the kitchen staff seem to be the unhappiest. They can careless to serve the guests. As breakfast comes to an end, the staff of the hotel wait around in the lobby to eat what scraps are left by the paid guests. I would normally not mind this, however the fact that not even the paid guest were able to eat much because of the lack of the staff efforts to keep the food items replenished, if felt a little like vultures just waiting around for the scraps. Unlikely we will stay at this location, we normally visit Jersey at least once a year. I will most likely find another location to stay at.
