We were seated in an area where they were doing trivia and were close to the speaker. Due to this my friend and I were unable to hold a conversation without shouting at each other. After we were seated and we realized what horrible seating we were given, none of the hosts were around so that we could ask for better seats. Anyway after enduring being next to the speaker we waited for a waiter to come by so that we could ask for a seat or even some water or to order however no one came by or was around so that we could ask for help. We tried calling for a waiter using the little machine on the table, but was ignored. We even tried calling out to another waiter but they either couldn't hear us from the speaker or decided to ignore us. After being ignored for 20 plus minutes we decided to leave and eat somewhere else. It was a terrible experience and I will never go into an Applebees again if that is how they treat their guests.
Worse service ever. Food was cold, the waitress brought wrong drinks, after reminding her. Suggest not to come during lunchtime worse service ever.
The worst ever! Waited in the front for 30min no hostess!
The meals and service were great and the wait time was minimal for parties of 3 or more. The only complaint that I have is where the restaurant is located and how it is situated. It's located between 2 or 3 large hotels. This cause the people from the hotel to either come over or park at the restaurant, which makes parking almost non-existent. Other then that, the restaurant is great.
Finally I was told by a waitress that there was no hostess and that she was both hostess and waitress!
As usual, this location has great food and really attentive servers. Thank you Jen. Very nice atmosphere.
I THINK ALL THIS WAS BECAUSE I HAVE A BIRACIAL MARRIAGE AND TO MIXED BABIES!!! NOV 15 BETWEEN 3-4pm
I was done after that, me and my family got up and went to Applebee's!
I just gave the one star because I had to, to do the review! The deserve none!!!
Than after she finally sat me and my family, a person who was clearly a hostess came out from somewhere and started sitting people!
All while waitresses walked by and not saying a word!
