This company is run by thieves. They stole $3000 from an escrow account that was security deposit from our tenant. They will take full advantage of any desperate person. Be very careful with them.

Usman Shaikah is a the WRONG person to employ or work with in regards to renting or buying. While Remax may have good agents this specific Rancocas location lacks common decency for their clientele. While it isn't uncommon for people and business people moreso to put money first most don't make it blatantly obvious. Usman makes it very clear money is his sole motivator and you will see it in his location's lack of customer service and appreciation. Once he's received his financial incentive, you will never get a return email, phone call, anything. I highly suggest taking your business elsewhere.
