What an AWFUL place. The ladies behind the desk are not very polite and very short with their answers. I have seen 3 separate doctors in here and strongly disliked them all. I come here for help, and they do nothing but cause me deeper issues. They have refused to give me doctor notes for work, putting my job in jeopardy. I was stuck at work and my boss wouldn't let me leave so I called many hours before my appointment and explained the situation. They told me I would be charged regardless. That happened on two separate occasions within 2 years and they are still harassing me about the money ($60) and refusing to let me make appointments without paying it first my job has an incredibly strict attendance policy and I can't put that at risk. So I have been without my meds multiple times because they refuse me. I have missed work due to health issues from being on and off meds so often and almost faced termination twice. They also take at least a week to refill meds, or sometimes longer. Just so unprofessional and no kindness towards people that are seeking help. Don't bother with this place.
Pros: The office staff is courteous and respectful of your privacy. There is usually enough parking. Except for the occasional unexpected delay usually always on time. When an acute emergency arose and I needed an appointment as soon as possible, the staff accommodated us with an appointment later that day.
I called to reschedule an appointment for later on the same day ,was given an appointment then they called to cancelled and i was charged for missing my appointment! I tried to explain what had happened but because I didn't show for my original appointment they charged me. The staff are uncaring and treat you like a number with no regard for the patient. Truly unhappy!
This placed wouldn't allow me to come and work with my kids because my mother who works for a superior court judge used her power to take my kids from me with her court friends and this place listened to a woman who saw my kids 3 times in 10 years and she said all these lies made my kids say what she wanted and court allowed this report to go against us when I said ok allow us and kids with this place and watch how fast they see my kids are being forced and they love us but because the woman who has all the power said no again my kids were stolen from me, now this place sends me a bill for 110.00 a day times 3 and it did a corrupt thing and ruined a family so thanks a lot I haven't talked to my precious kids in 1 and half years because of what u didn't do to protect a family. So use your corrupt ways and charge the lady who u allowed to lie and cause this great tragedy. I hope karma catches up with all of u involved and may the fleas of a trillion camels infest all of ur armpits
Do not under any circumstance go here. The woman I saw was rude and constantly late. The staff in the front incorrectly or did not take messages and hung up on me when I called to fix things they messed up.
Cons: The flow of the entrance to the front desk is crowded. It can cause some confusion and frustration if more than one person is checking out and people are coming and signing in. Finally, the space could be a little more calming with a soothing color scheme, soft music, soft lighting, and guest wifi.
