A year ago my car had an engine failure. After discussing with the mechanic we decided to replace the engine. That's when the nightmare started. A year later and after $5000 spent I'm still without the car. The mechanic admits they can't or don't know how to fix it but the owner refuses to give me a refund. I've been beyond patient giving them every opportunity to make good, but Tim can apparently care less about his clients.
Mike at TIm's Auto is a great honest mechanic and I would highly recommend this facility. I brought my car in for airbag issue and he suggested it could be a recall/warranty issue and saved me at least $2500. Will be bringing our cars there for future repairs. Thanks!
All the people who work here are incredible. After my truck broke down they not only fixed it extremely fast but they even drove me to enterprise to pick up a rental car so I could still make it on time to work. They went above and beyond to help out their customers and I highly suggest taking your car here to be serviced or fixed. Thank you Tim’s Auto!

I've been going to this location since the previous owner, Mike ran it. Always found them to be the most honest and reliable mechanics I'd ever encountered and as a result I've sent a ton of business their way. Sadly I can't say this about the new owner, Tim. This guy definitely doesn't stand by his work.
I've been dealing with Tim's auto II for many years now and I'm always more than satisfied with their work. Mike is my favorite employee and the guy you'd want to talk to, he's helped me out from day one and is super friendly, knowledgeable, and reliable. Mike always ensures my cars are running up to par and safely. I couldn't ask for a more pleasant experience when servicing my vehicles. Don't hesitate to use these guys, they'll take very good care of you!
DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO TIM!! He's a fraud! Me and my husband took our car to him and he looked at our car for 2 seconds without diagnosing the car and charged us for soooo many things that the car didn't even need. Once the car was "fixed" it started to leak the same day we picked it up and when we asked him why it's leaking he said because of the gasket.. We ended up taking the car to a different mechanic to find out we only needed a new cap for the coolant which is only $15!!!! Also found out he changed our radiator but we didn't need a new radiator per our new mechanic!! He will try to get as much money out of you as possible !! Beware !
Fair warning, they DO NOT Guarantee they're work. If they screw up, you'll be eating the cost and may even be without a vehicle. Not worth the risk. Find another shop. I sadly have to now prepare a filing court one year after I have them my car to fix so I could pass it on to my daughter.
